BID & PROJECT TEAMS

Invite AAOF to review your commercial furniture project.

Send the project scope, bid deadline, specification status, procurement path, and document access in one organized intake.

Submitting an invitation does not guarantee that AAOF will bid. Each project is reviewed for scope, timing, eligibility, specification fit, and serviceability.

Before you send the invitation

  • Confirm the furniture procurement path
  • Include the bid date, time, and time zone
  • Identify specification or alternate rules
  • Provide plans, schedules, and addenda access

PROJECT REVIEW

The information AAOF needs to evaluate the opportunity.

A complete invitation helps prevent scope confusion and gives the team the best chance to make a responsible bid/no-bid decision before the deadline.

Scope and buyer

Project location, furniture categories, quantities or schedule, and the party controlling the purchase.

Specification route

Basis of design, named manufacturers, approved-equal rules, finish requirements, and substitution procedures.

Schedule

Bid deadline, addenda process, anticipated award, occupancy, and the date furniture must be usable.

Submission requirements

Required forms, alternates, insurance or compliance items, delivery responsibilities, and exact submission method.

BID INTAKE

Send the bid details and document path.

Complete the required fields and attach a concise PDF or provide a secure plan-room link. AAOF will review the submission details and contact you about the appropriate next step.
