RECEIVING, ASSEMBLY, DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
Furniture receiving, assembly, delivery, and installation—coordinated around the approved project scope.
AAOF performs receiving, assembly, delivery, and installation for the furniture projects it accepts. Site access, schedule, staging, responsibilities, product handling, and completion expectations are confirmed for each project.
PROJECT EXECUTION
Make responsibilities and site conditions visible.
Receiving, assembly, delivery, installation, handling, travel, storage, and site requirements are priced and confirmed for the specific project.
Receiving & product review
Receive the approved furniture, review quantities and product condition, and organize the project for the agreed assembly and delivery plan.
Assembly & site readiness
Assemble the agreed products while confirming loading access, elevators, doorways, flooring, completed trades, protection requirements, and room readiness.
Delivery & installation
Deliver and install the approved furniture according to the documented scope, sequencing, communication, punch, and final-acceptance plan.
SITE INFORMATION
Identify delivery conditions before the order is released.
Unknown site conditions can affect cost, schedule, labor, and the safest path into the building.
- Loading area, elevator, stair, and doorway access
- Delivery hours, building rules, and certificates required
- Staging, floor protection, and waste handling
- Construction completion and other trade schedules
- On-site contact, room readiness, and acceptance process
Confirm the written scope.
The proposal should state what AAOF will receive, assemble, deliver, and install; the customer’s site-readiness responsibilities; timing; access conditions; and closeout expectations.
