This notice explains the information All American Office Furniture (โAAOFโ) may collect through this website, why it is used, and how to contact us with a privacy question or request.

When you call, email, use a project form, or send a bid invitation, AAOF may receive your name, organization, contact details, project location, schedule, budget direction, furniture needs, specifications, drawings, documents, and any other information you choose to provide.
Technical and usage information
WordPress.com, the siteโs hosting and security tools, and other site services may process information such as an IP address, browser and device type, referring page, requested page, approximate location, cookie identifiers, and security or performance events.
Please submit only the information reasonably needed for your furniture inquiry. Do not send payment-card details, government identification numbers, medical records, or other highly sensitive personal information through the website forms.

- Prepare, coordinate, document, and follow up on furniture opportunities and approved work.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and forms.
- Maintain business records, prevent misuse, and meet applicable legal or contractual obligations.
Submitting project information does not grant AAOF permission to publish customer names, project documents, or identifying details as marketing content. Separate permission will be requested when public project recognition is appropriate.

SERVICE PROVIDERS & DISCLOSURE
Website and business services may process information for AAOF.
AAOFโs website is hosted on WordPress.comโs Atomic platform, operated by Automattic. Automattic also provides Jetpack for site statistics and media delivery. These services may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, requested and referring pages, timestamps, cookie or similar identifiers, interactions, and approximate location to host, deliver, secure, and measure the website. GoDaddy provides domain registration and authoritative DNS services; it is not the current website host. AAOF uses Contact Form 7 within this WordPress website to receive and route contact, project, and bid submissions. Contact Form 7 is website software and is not a separate off-site recipient of submissions. Form information is processed by AAOF, its website host, and configured delivery systems. AAOF uses Akismet, an Automattic service, to screen submissions for spam; submitted content and related technical information may be sent to Akismet for that purpose. AAOF uses Site Kit by Google to configure Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Consent Mode. Depending on privacy choices, Google measurement tags may process online identifiers, device and browser information, pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location, and interaction or conversion-event data for website measurement. AAOF also uses the Meta Pixel for browser-based advertising measurement. Depending on consent settings and configuration, browser and device information, page visits, online identifiers, and interaction or conversion-event data may be sent to Meta. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or complete a business transaction.
AAOF uses HubSpot to collect website form submissions and organize contact records for inquiry and project follow-up. When HubSpotโs form-capture tools are active, contact details, inquiry text and related submission information may be processed by HubSpot. The form-capture tool may temporarily store submission information in your browser before transferring it to HubSpot. HubSpotโs website tools may also use cookies or similar identifiers to associate visits and interactions with a contact record. See HubSpotโs privacy policy for information about its services.
This WordPress.com website uses services supplied by Automattic. Visitors can review Automatticโs privacy notice for visitors to usersโ sites and cookie information. Links to manufacturer and other external websites are governed by those sitesโ own privacy practices.
Cookies and measurement
Campaign information in inquiries
When statistics consent is allowed, the website may keep campaign labels from a tagged page address (such as the source, medium and campaign name) in the current browser tab for up to 30 minutes. This lets those labels accompany a project or bid inquiry after you browse other pages. This record does not contain your contact details or inquiry text. The handoff feature clears its stored campaign labels when statistics consent is denied, and does not use them when Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track is enabled. You can change available settings through Privacy choices.
Project shortlist
When you use Add to Project, the shortlist feature saves product selections, quantities and an expiration time in your browser. It does not save your contact details or written project notes in that browser record. Shortlists expire seven days after the last save. You can remove individual items, use Clear shortlist, or clear this site’s browser data. A compact version of the selections and quantities may also travel in an AAOF page address when you review the list or when browser storage is unavailable; that page request may be processed by the website’s hosting and measurement services. Selecting Include this shortlist with my project inquiry adds the itemized list to your submitted inquiry. Take care when using a shared device or sharing a page address that contains your selections.
AAOF uses cookies and similar technologies for site operation, security, preferences, analytics, and advertising. Google Site Kit supplies Google Consent Mode, and Complianz provides the siteโs privacy choices and opt-out controls. Use the Privacy choices control to review or change available settings. You can also visit our Opt-out Preferences page for additional information and available controls. AAOF does not sell customer lists for money; however, advertising-related data sent to third parties may be treated as โsharingโ under some U.S. privacy laws.
Retention and security
Information may be retained for the period reasonably needed to respond, manage a project or business record, resolve a dispute, protect the site, and satisfy applicable obligations. AAOF and its providers use safeguards intended to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.
Privacy questions or requests?
Contact AAOF to ask about information you submitted or to request an appropriate correction or deletion. A request may be subject to identity verification, applicable law, and legitimate recordkeeping obligations.
